Junming Huang's research interests lie in a range of computational social science topics including social media and networks analysis, science of science, natural language processing, and causal inference. He is an Associate Research Scientist at the Paul and Marcia Wythes Center on Contemporary China, Princeton University. Before joining Princeton, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Center for Complex Network Research, Northeastern University, and an assistant researcher at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He received his PhD in Computer Science from Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Bachelor of Science in Physics from Tsinghua University.
