Teresa Tang '18 was born in Australia and grew up in a bilingual English/Chinese environment before acquiring Japanese and basic Korean. Her world title at an international neuroscience competition and her lifelong fascination with the STEM field brought her to the US for college, where she is majoring in Chemistry. On campus she is involved in the Chinese-American Princeton Siblings program, where she mentors an ethnically Chinese student in the community who was adopted by American parents. She serves as an undergraduate preceptor in the Chemistry Department, president of Princeton PUZZLES and an officer of Colonial Club. Favorite pastimes include working out, doing handicrafts, reading and most importantly, spending time with friends.
