Wen Liu is a visiting Ph.D student from Peking University. Her research interests include gender, marriage and family, and social stratification. Her current research projects focus mainly on mate selection and union formation in China. As a visiting student, Wen will examine status exchange hypothesis of mate selection based on China Family Panel Studies (CFPS). She completed her M.A and B.A in sociology at Renmin University of China.
